MDE and settling balance

OK, clearly I am just being a wally.

Is there anywhere on MDE that I can settle my outstanding balance? Or do I have to phone WDTC?

Yes you can if you have linked your account to MDE. Can't think where. Have you tried under my reservations?

You need to go to www.disneyholidays.co.uk and manage your booking from there to pay your balance.

Not necessarily. You can't pay if you're reservation isn't linked. I can't link my reservation because we are staying at OKW and they haven't released their rooms onto the system for August 2015 yet. Until they do and I can get linked up, I can't pay. I have tried and called them about this. They said I had to wait until I can link the reservation at 'around' 300 days.

You don't pay your balance through MDE - you need to pay it via WDTC UK manage your booking page which is accessed via the link I posted above.

I can assure you this isn't working for me. I notice when I am trying to offload 4k and struggling to do so. It may be different for DVC members which I believe you are. I was only on the phone to WDW UK about this last week on Thursday. Following the link does not work for me.

To add some detail. The system is only recognising that I have booked tickets, not a resort stay. I was told this was because the DVC resorts don't release their rooms into the system until 'around' 300 days before a booked trip. This means however I try to link up I can't. I can only repeat what I have been told. I have been trying to pay off the balance for weeks since we booked as I never book unless I can pay in full and like to just get it paid off ASAP.
