Mde and magic bands

Anyone else having issues ordering magic bands on mde? For several days now the link on the main page when you first sign in to order the bands won't load. And when I click on the magic band link at the bottom of the page I get the list of my old active bands but there is a note in red that they are unable to display all magic band orders etc and to try again later. I need to order the bands for an upcoming trip in a couple of weeks and the deadline is quickly approaching. thanks in advance
 
I tried today to order magic bands and I'm having the same issue. Has anyone in the last week been able to order magic bands through MDE?
 
My trouble is a little different. When I go to customize it says 1 band (me) 0 declined Where are the bands for Dh nd DD. All of our tickets are linked and FP+ show the right number of people. We only have 10 days to complete. They ourwill be really diappointed if they don't get a colored band. Does any one have a number to call IT i presume???

I have this issue as well.
 

Just checked, our magic bands for upcoming Nov trip are listed correctly. I use the computer website, not the app on the phone.
 
We had some issues the last few weeks, when our bands were delivered, they only delivered them for myself and not the rest of my party! I called and they said their records didn't show anyone else getting one besides myself. The odd thing is, a few weeks prior to that when I signed onto MDE I noticed that my band was no longer showing the color selected, just grey, so I changed it, however the rest of my party had the correct colors so I didn't touch theirs. Seems suspicious that they only one I modified turns out to be the only one sent! Good news is, they took care of it and sent the other ones! Now keeping my fingers crossed there are no more glitches with them when we're there!
 
I'd recommend calling them. I had an issue where we had a duplicate person and the only way to resolve it was to have someone from MDE handle it. They were incredibly helpful and friendly too!
 
I had this exact problem, 45 days out. I called tech support and they said it was a reoccurring issue. He added the missing band on, had me finalize the bands while on the phone, then had them shipped. Definitely call - on and off the phone in 10 mins.
