MDE and linking reservations/ some reservations not showing up??

Long story to explain below...but big question is...MDE isn't showing that I removed myself from my mom's reservation, isn't showing that I made a new reservation, isn't showing that I cancelled a reservation, and isn't accepting the new reservation confirmation numbers. Has anyone experienced this? Maybe in an hour or two it will let me after the system registers it or something? This is all in the last hour.

Story: So my goal was to try to make a reservation for the Yachtsman steakhouse for 13 people. My mom and I have separate MDE accounts and have been splitting the party so that we can make a reservation for 13 people online. So..originally I had one for 6 people at 5:45pm and she had one for 7 people at 5:20pm to make a group of 13 (we don't mind sitting at separate tables if we have to). So then...I went on MDE and saw a reservation for 6 people available at 5:25pm which is much closer to her reservation time so I went ahead and clicked that time and was going to cancel my reservation for 5:45pm to 5:25pm. However, instead of giving me that option, MDE said "you already have a reservation at 5:20 for 7 people (mom's reservation). Would you like to remove yourself?" So I said yes and removed myself. But....it didn't actually remove myself from that reservation. It is still showing up on my reservations and my mom's reservations that I am included in the party. While I do have a confirmation number for the new reservation at 5:25 in an email, it is not showing up on MDE in my itinerary or reservation list......So then I decided maybe its because I have that reservation at 5:45pm that is screwing things up. So I took a chance and cancelled it. Now..it doesn't show my 5:45 reservation as cancelled (its still in my reservations) even though I got a cancellation email. So...email is doing the right things but my MDE is not showing my new reservations. So long story short....do you think this will be fixed in time? I'm worried that I ended up with no reservation because I cancelled one and added one but neither is showing as changed. :confused3


So...an update since I just posted this...now it shows my 5:20 reservation but doesnt show that I cancelled my 5:45 reservation. So I have two reservations at 5:20 and 5:45pm each for 6 plus my mom's reservation at 5:20 for 7. Maybe it just needs time...
 
I noticed this too. I cancelled one reservation and added two others and none of these changes are showing up. Even trying to link the new reservations with the confirmation numbers in the confirmation e-mails doesn't work. It's probably just another website glitch and will be fixed in a bit.
 
Thanks! I'm happy that it isn't only my account...I just checked and mine is showing up correctly now I think so worrying is over :) hope yours do soon too!
 
My new one wasn't showing up either, and when I put in the confirmation number, it couldn't find the reservation. It did finally show up under my itinerary or when I click on my Disney experience.
 

My entire ressie is gone, but when I called tech support they said it was there and blamed me. I'm on my work PC where I originally setup my reservations and ticket and what not...and I checked my phone app and now all the info from that is gone. I go to add my ressie number again and it says it's already linked.

I'll try again tomorrow. Tech support was no help.
 
My situation ended up showing the reservations but it let me have 3 reservations in the same hour (because I was worried I wasn't getting them so I tried again but of course I cancelled the extra 2). It makes me scared to change stuff around when its kind of unpredictable what the system will do :s
 
OK so the glitch has been corrected by a knowledgeable CM today...thankfully. Unreal what I went through yesterday on the phone with tech support. :furious: Apparently I have 3 accounts with the same email address that caused said "conflict"...some Disney gaming site DD24 created with my email address back in 2005 when she was a kid, my disney store account (created moons ago) and my Disney vacations account (I created moons ago too).

Sooooo....he fixed the problem with my account (don't know how), but everything is back to normal! Not sure why the "conflict" happened yesterday since I've had all of these accounts for a very long time, but alas, it's all fixed!! :goodvibes
