MDE and hotel not showing up

I hope this is the right place for this question.

I normally just book a hotel reservation since I have an AP but since my April trip got canceled I got a free dining offer but my hotel reservation is not showing up in my planes when I go to add the hotel to MDE it said guest ( me) has been added to the hotel but does not show up. is this normal do I need to call also I had to buy two one day tickets that did not show up in my tickets. I hope this made since to you.

Do you have another Disney account, with a different email address? It sounds like it was linked there. I would call back so they can properly link it.

I had another one about 5 years ago I called and had them deleted it. Maybe this reservation got under that account
