MDE and AP Problem

We are trying to get set up for our trip in May. DH is trying to get us all linked together. I am showing up in his friends and family but it's showing that my AP has expired. All the passes were bought and activated the same day, they expire together. On my account my AP is showing up as active, it's just showing up as expired on DH's friends and family. Any suggestions or have any idea who I should call :confused3:confused3 Is this just a glitch in the system today?
 
I would call MDE Online Web Support: 407-939-7765. They were very helpful for me when we had some issues linking reservations booked through an outside company.
