I'm not sure if this is the right place, but you are all so smart...
We have a sort of ridiculous problem. DH and I have two separate MDE accounts. For reasons that we don't quite remember, our two kids were created under his account, so he manages them. All four of us have active APs assigned to our accounts.
When I log into my account, we are all linked, and I can see him and the two kids, all the appropriate reservations, and all four APs.
BUT... we can't seem to figure out what his account actually is. Two of his email addresses do have Disney accounts, but when we log in on those, it doesn't show any Family and Friends, no reservations, and no APs.
SO, is there a way from *my* account to see what the email address is of the account that actually has the kids and the APs? Could they have just somehow gotten lost from his account?
Am I making any sense at all?
