I know every wdw forum everywhere is saturated with MDE posts so sorry but here's another 
Thought I'd post for anyone else approaching their 180+10 mark, ours was this morning and I am pleased to report I got everything I wanted. My reservation for our stay at SSR, DDP and 14 Day Ultimate tickets has been displayed accurately for some time. Last night I stored my cc details on MDE, no problems. I'd created 'my wishlist' for the restaurants I'd wanted also as part of my obsessive planning.
Logged onto MDE on my laptop bang on 11am pulled up 'my wishlist' selected a restaurant, clicked calendar and no +10 just arrival date. Tried the search bar to enter restaurant name, same thing hmmmmmmm
Ok tried 'my itinery' selected a date, selected 'book dining' from the bottom of the page, altered 'party size', 'meal time' and filtered which area my restaurant was in ........ success
I was able to book all of my +10 this way, have tried again this afternoon and still this is the only way I can get it to show up 
Anyways very long winded but thought I'd share in the hope it may be of some use...... My DDP was recognised so no advance payment required and my cc stored successfully which sped things up. My ADR's are not for the faint hearted, pretty much all character dining. I got:
8:00am Tusker House
10:15am CRT
7:00pm 1900 PF
9:00pm TREX
6:00pm Teppan Edo
10:00am 1900 PF
5:30pm BOG
By being able to book what I wanted online I was able to call at 12:00pm and get an 8:00am BBB at MK before our CRT meal and Pirate/Pals for Sat night
Totally not to everyone's liking but it's what I wanted to do and am pleased it worked out.
