MCO to Publix?

Hi,

We're flying into MCO and would like to stop at a Publix on our way to the resort. (We're staying at ASsp). I have been doing searches for directions to Publix, but most seem to start from within the WDW resort complex. Can anyone direct me to a Publix that is on the way from the airport??

The easiest way would to take the south exit out of the airport towards 417, the greenway. YOu'll get off at Osceola Parkway exit, towards MK and AK resorts. There will be a light at International Drive south, I think right after you exit the Greenway, the Opry hotel is on the left, you can't miss it!!!! Make a left at this light and the PUblix is about 1/2 mile down the road on the left. After going to the market, make a left onto Osceola and continue straignt until on Disney property, follow the signs to AS Sports. I hope this helps!!!

There is a Publix at the corner of Hwy 192 and Hwy 535, to get there best way is to go out
Past Epcot on what Disney Calls Epcot Center Drive (also known as or turns into Hwy 536),
Hwy 536 will come to Hwy 535, you make Right-turn onto Hwy 535 and take that till you just about come to Hwy 192, you should then see Publix on the Left before turning onto Hwy 192.

After re-reading your Post, Notice that you are coming from the Airport, you can get to the same Publix as I describe in the previous post, but when you Leave the Airport take the Greenway which is known as Hwy 417 (this is a Toll Road). The Greenway also ends at Hwy 536 which is also at Hwy 535 intersection so turn LEFT from the Greenway onto Hwy 535 and take down to almost to Hwy 192, Publix will still be on the Left just before getting on 192.

My favorite tip to offer!

From the Greeneway (417), just a few miles from the airport, exit at Orange Blossom Trail (17/92). Turn right, and there's a big Albertson's right next to the tollway. You can hop right back on the tollway when you're done. Very convenient, no chance of getting lost, and it only adds 50c to your tolls.
