MCO to Jiko

I have not used the Mears Bus system yet. How long should I allow to get from MCO to Jambo House? Would like to modify my reservation but don't want to cut it too close.

You may get more responses in the transportation forum. But generally speaking, I never make any reservations earlier than two hours after my scheduled arrival time. It doesn't usually take that long, but it has in a few instances

All you know for certain (and even that's not certain) is it's about 30-40 minutes from MCO to Jambo. Flight delays, traffic, bags, when does the transport leave..... all uncertain. 2 hours from landing sounds reasonable.

Echoing others... so many things can derail this, but, assuming your flight is on time, I would plan on 1.5 hours from your scheduled arrival to your dinner reservation. You have to take the MCO "monorail", wait for luggage, and drive 30+ minutes to AKL. That's an hour with no hiccups.

And remember, that's the minimum. Many of us (myself included) allow 3 hours or more, just in case of flight delays or other snafus.

There's never harm in putting your reservation out far enough to allow you to drink at Victoria Falls Lounge.
