MCO to ESPN WWOS, by way of AP activation (anywhere)

On marathon weekend, I land at MCO at 3:15pm. I'm not checking luggage and will be taking Uber. I need to get to ESPN Wide World of Sports to pick up my 10k bib before 7pm. On the way, I'd LOVE to stop and upgrade my park ticket for an AP, so that I can get a merchandise discount at the race expo. Any suggestions on most convenient/quickest place to do this between MCO and WWOS? I want do all of this as efficiently as possible, because I'm then hoping to drop my bags at Pop Century and take the Skyliner to Epcot for dinner and a ride on Soarin' before Epcot closes at 9pm. Logistics experts, chime in, please!

Uber to any park except MK. Activate AP*. Uber to WWoS. Get bib, make purchases. According to the link, there is limited bus access, so ask if there are buses operating. If yes, direct bus to Pop. If not, Uber.

Buses will be running between all resorts and EWWS for marathon Expo. Bus pickup may not be located at the usual bus stop.

Wouldn't you want to drop your bags at Pop first, rather than lug them around?

I would suggest:

1. Uber to Pop and drop off bags.
2. Then Skyliner to DHS for ticket upgrade.
3. Uber DHS to EWWS.
4. Uber or bus from EWWS to BC, and walk to Epcot IG. Or, if you want another Skyliner ride and have the time: bus to Pop or AoA or CBR & Skyliner to Epcot IG. Skyliner from Pop to Epcot should take 20-30 minutes, but could take longer if there are a lot of cable stops or a crowd at CBR Skyliner station.

Note that there is no direct access from the new DHS exit road to EWWS. The driver will need to make a U-turn on Osceola Pkwy to get back to EWWS. Easiest way to do this is the cloverleaf at World Dr., which is the route suggested by Google Maps.
