MCO to Dolphin - Recommendations?

My wife and I will be heading to WDW on Feb 22nd which we will have 4 nights @ the Dolphin using Starwood Points then switch to the Wilderness Lodge for 5 nights. Since we are not starting our trip at the WL, we cannot use Magical Express from the airport since they do not drop off at the Swan or Dolphin.

That being the case, what is the best method to use to get to the Dolphin from MCO? We arrive @ roughly 10 AM. Mears shuttle? Reccomendations for a Town Car?

The Mears shuttle would be the cheapest way for you to get to WDW, but that involves waiting time. If you want car service check out these companies listed on the Orlando Airport web site.

You could also do a one-way car rental. Alamo has a $20 off one-way rental deal on their website right now. I believe it is good through February. If you join Alamo Q**********, you can walk right to the garage and check in in the small check in kiosk. Then, return the car when you arrive at the Dolphin. You could also stop off to get water, etc at the grocery on the way.
