MCO/rush hour question

My DBF and I will be driving down (leaving tues WOOHOO!) and my friend will be arriving at MCO on Fri at 9:30am. We are staying at POP, what time do you think we should leave in order to pick her up at 930 with rush hour and all?

If you take 417 to the airport there really isn't a rush hour. It would take about 1/2 hour. If you take I-4 to the Beachline (528) it will take longer and you will hit more traffic.
