MCO- lyft questions

I usually use a Towncar service but would like to try Lyft from
MCO to CS. Do I need physical address of resort, or just name? I assume I gather my luggage and head outside (what level?) then request pickup? Any hints are appreciated

Start typing the resort name in the destination entry box and it should appear.

The ride share companies pick up on level 2 which is the same as baggage claim. You should wait until you are ready to go to make your request (bags in hand). Drivers are not allowed to wait or circle the terminal if you’re delayed.
