MCO Luggage Claim

I am going to be arriving at MCO on my own with 2 kids. Are there attendants there with carts waiting to assist like at most airports? If so, what is an appropriate amount to pay this person?

There is attendants with carts there I usually give them $10.00 Depending on how much they help. I had one guy when we took our grandaughter and He loaded all the stuff in the car for us. I gave him. $20.00. A cart rental alone is $5.00.

I used to see more helpers about at MCO by the luggage area, theyve cut back it seems. $10-15 if fair to me..

But If I were alone with two kids and they were Young, say under 5/6 Id have a car service waiting for me (they have those name signs) and they pull the luggage get you in the towncar and off you go...Its what we used to do for every vacation..and tho an added cost, it was such a relief to see that little hello sign and vacation really began..
Now with older travelers, we take the ME.

If you are staying on Disney property you can use the DME and they will claim your luggage for you. the DME is a free bus service. With small kids this would be a great options as long as your flight arrives before 10:00 p.m Disney will collect your luggage. The luggage service closes at 10:00 p.m

Then when you leave you can check in for your flight with RAC desk. They are open 5:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m They will print your boarding pass and take your luggage to the airport and the next time you see your luggage will be at your final destination. You must check in with them no later than 3 hours prior to your flight time. Or before they close at 1:00 p.m
