Now that there is no Magical Express, where do you go to get Uber/Lyft or car service (we still aren't sure what we will use)? The same place where ME used to go out of?

Uber and Lyft pick up right outside of baggage claim.
If you use a car service and they are following local regulations, the driver will meet you at baggage claim and escort you down one level to the car. If it’s between 8am and midnight, the car will be in the Express Pickup lane, located directly below baggage claim. If it’s between midnight and 8am, the driver will walk you across the bus lane to a lot where the car will be.
Car services are NEVER supposed to pick up on level 2 (baggage claim), despite what some of the local companies try to get away with.

When you use the app to request the car with Uber/Lyft it will ask you to select a pick up location at MCO
For instance, you'll select if you are in Terminal A or Terminal B, then select which door you are nearest,
I find the Lyft app easier to use than the Uber one, just because it's more "visual" .

I just grab my bags, go to the nearest door and match it up to the nearest option on the app and request my car. Below is an example of how it looks

The official rideshare pickup area is just outside of baggage claim (both sides A and B) at the very end of the arrivals curbs, follow the signage to "rideshare pickup" and wait in that area, this the only area that Uber/Lyfts are authorized to pick-up from.

That changed a few months ago. They are now allowed to pick up at any door.

I was wondering. I know pretty much all the door numbers come up as pick up options. As you can see on the screen shot of the app. Makes it handy for going out the nearest door to where you grab your bags.

The ride share apps do. Look at the screen shot I posted above. Those purple dots are each possible pick up spot and match up with a door at baggage claim. The drop down list has door numbers to pick from. It makes it pretty easy on the guest. They match the door they are nearest to the same number choice from the drop down list. No typing anything in.
