mco hours?

Wondering how late the resturants / food courts and shops are open at mco?

Typically between 9-10 PM you will find the shops and restaurants closed.

At least one vendor in the food court is open 24/7 (Starbucks?). Very limited food menu.

McCoy's Bar and Grill at the Hyatt (in the airport) is open for dinner until 11p and offers a late night menu until 12:30a
