MCO - Hertz Gold Member collection

Hiya

Can someone please confirm if I just walk to the garage to collect our vehicle or do I have to go to the Car Hire Rental Desk first in the airport?

We've only ever used Dollar Express in the past so I'm in unknown territory this year.

Again we are GOLD members if this makes any difference

Does it say on your confirmation you are booked as a Gold member?

Last month I collected from Miami, first time I booked it didn't say Gold booking, cancelled and rebooked (with new credit card, first one expired before the collection date) and this time it said Gold.

I then arrived at Hertz, bypassed the desk and went out to the garage, there was a Gold #1 board with list of names and bay numbers, my name was there. Keys in car, showed DL at exit and on our way.

If your booking does say Gold it should be a similar procedure for you.

Yep, I can confirm that, straight to the parking garage and your name should be on the board directing you to the bay where your car is.
