MCO car rental question

Would I be able to rent a car from MCO on arrival day and when I return it the next night ride magical express back to the resort after? I will already be staying there but planning on going to seaworld and a couple other places in Orlando while there.
I looked at returning it at the Dolphin but it almost tripled in price!!

Awesome thanks!! It was going to be $300 for 2 days to return to Dolphin vs MCO and I looked at pick up and drop off at Dolphin and it was still $50 more than MCO

If you are planning on doing other things like SW would it not be easier to keep the car for the duration of your stay? That way you can experience so other places/restaurants/shopping etc without having to worry about how to get to them?

With how I've got everything planned now I would just need it on my first full day, my flight gets in at 11am so I'll have that whole day to do things and then the next day after SW also. The others I have park tickets so I'll only be on property.
