McD's at DTD..

Can someone please verify or correct me if I am wrong...did the McDonald's at DTD close? or is it about to close? I thought I read somewhere not too long ago that it was closing to make way for a new restaurant.

Yes- it is closed - It has a wall around it and they are building a Pollo Campero a latin chicken restaurant in its place.

And the Chicken place isn't open yet (just got back from Vacation this week). There's still the construction wall around it.

That was fast - my DS just got back from his band trip on 5/3 and on 5/2 he ate a hot fudge sundae there!(I asked for the receipt - the sundae was $1.99 !!!
