Have you tried these? What did you think of the taste?

I had one for the first time this morning and it was like a slice of heaven!
I am not sure how many varieties they come in but I had the egg, cheese and bacon one.

I thought that it came on an English muffin but it was on pancake-like round breads.

It tasted like an entire cracker barrel or IHOP breakfast to me. Eggs, bacon , pancakes in each bite. And I had an orange juice with it. De Lish!

Probably has 1000 calories and 75 grams of fat but it won't be a habit. You have to try it just once if you like a big breakfast!

I've never tried one, was it sweet?

not really...but it did have a maple syrup flavor and scent....its just right. Maybe the pancake bread had syrup bits in it? It was not messy or drippy at all. Nice and neat.

Ugh, I really do not like the flavor of maple anything. I can't even stand the smell of it without my stomach turning.

So, uh...more for you, I guess.

LOVE 'em. Don't look up the fat and calories...trust me. just enjoy!

I tried it once since I liked everything that was on/in it.

I did not like it. The eggs were way to sweet.

actually, it has 460 calories (the bacon, egg & cheese variety) with 21 grams of fat (according to the 2008 calorie king calorie, fat & carb counter)

sounds yummy!

I love the Sausage McMuffin with Egg so I got the sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle, expecting to like it since I love pancakes. But the menu never said that there was maple syrup cooked into the pancakes! It was really disgusting. The taste of the syrup really clashes with the egg and cheese.

My mom had one the first time a couple weeks ago and said it was SO good. I've never had one.

I like the sausage, egg, and ch one- 560 cal, 12 g sat. fat, which is 62% of your daily value. Pair with a hash brown (love those, too!) and that is one really bad breakfast. I tend to eat pretty healthy, so that would be a huge splurge for me. Love them, though!

I'd try it, not sure if we have them in Canada, though.

I always order the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and they gave me a mcgriddle once by mistake, I didn't like the syrup taste with the eggs....

I know this might sound funny talking about McDonald's food, but the McGriddle tasted too processed for me to enjoy. The "natural" syrup flavor in the bread tasted way chemically to me.

They are alright. Not my first choice of breakfast however. Word of advice; McGriddles are not yummy cold/room temperature. YACK:scared:
