McCormick and Schmicks, still usable at Rainforest Cafe

I used the McCormick and Schmicks gift cards from Costco this past year at the RainForest Cafe for a 20% savings. But I have a couple questions.

1. Are they still accepting these and if so, do they accept them at all locations?

2. Can you use them for purchases in the gift store?
