Staying off site and have FPS booked. Will my magic bands automatically work when I get to park for entry?

If you have linked them to your My Disney Experience account then they should work for entry and fastpasses that are on that account.

AD noted, if you have your magic band linked to your MDE account, they should work without any problems.

As stated above, yes, as long as they are linked in MDE, they will work just fine for park entry, FP, and PhotoPass.
