MB shipping question--HELP

We are a party of eight (all adults with different addresses). I booked the resorts with our DVC membership, and now I'm trying to order the Magic Bands. I have customized them all, but I'm not getting a "ready to ship" note on any of them. And it's saying there are only 4 days left to customize. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

They won't ship until after customization - which will not occur until the "4 days left" window ends. They usually ship 3-4 days after that. so yours should ship in about a week.
