Why even bother having Little Ones Magic Hours if all resort guests are going to participate? Can you imagine the lines with ONLY Fantasyland open?

) and I know from experience that any restrictions on party size, age, etc. have to be spelled out in every way, shape, and form, be completely enforcable, and so clearly posted that you can read it from Okinawa. And that will only stop about 50% of the complaints. If they really plan on making it 4 and under, they are getting off on the wrong foot in so many ways.

I think this is a great opportunity for Disney to make believers out of people who think 3 & 4 yr olds are "too young to remember." (Those people should just meet my nieces and have them describe everything they know about Disney! LOL)

I can't believe this thread has gone from one person having a CM state ages 5 and under TO people now stating specific rules for who will be let in with the child TO people now claiming this is a rule/policy we have to follow.....and all in 3 pagesIt's like watching the telephone game in action

That page also lists "philharmagic, turtle talk, crystal palace, etc" all attractions recommended for preschoolers, not excluding anyone who isn't a preschooler from enjoying it also.

I wouldn't have guessed that this topic could become the next "refillable mug affair" or "pool-hopgate."

My thoughts exactly. I've read this whole thread with my jaws hanging open. How could the Disney police have a problem with this? Those who have made ADR's or scheduled your day around MB - don't change them. This is just a marketing tool. The fact that Fantasyland is the only land open will deter the teenage crowd and those that enjoy FL should be free to enjoy!Because NOT all resort guests are going to participate. With only Fantasyland open during the Little Ones EMH, I would imagine that most WDW guests traveling without younger children will be attending regular EMH at other parks or avoiding the EMH altogether. The Little Ones EMH for the Magical Beginnings are ADDITIONAL EMH that are geared toward families traveling with preschoolers. The "traditional" EMH schedule will still be in place, these are just extra bonus EMH.disneymama73 said:Why even bother having Little Ones Magic Hours if all resort guests are going to participate? People here tend to get very worked up over little things like this. They forget that this is a brand new offering and even though Disney has tried to cover everything, sometimes they just can't anticipate all the scenarios that might occur. The Little Ones EMH advertising is aimed toward families with preschoolers and Disney is expecting that this demographic will form the majority of the participants for this event. There is NOTHING that indicates any resort guests will be excluded, however, it is not anticipated that many familes traveling without small children will want to use the Little Ones EMH. I honestly don't think that Disney ever imagined that guests would even entertain the idea that families traveling without preschoolers would believe that they couldn't attend the Little Ones EMH. They just assumed that most of them wouldn't want to do so.

Some people, like me, take more than one kid. So, if you have a 4 year old and a 7yo, the older kid has to stay in the room? And then you have to leave the park to retrieve them? No way.
