VMK where are the bubbling cauldrons, candy cauldrons, and the spooky trees? Why do you keep putting items in host events we just spent alot on to buy a few days before? Bring out new items that are not for sale or even old items you have not brought back out.

They were pulled from the store very fast for many of us and took us by surprise without getting a chance to buy enough and yesterday was a wonderful treat! Thank you!

2nd: black crate, nice thing to have for free, usefull, saves credits, but a little disappointing after yesterday's retired item. However, free is nice. Just not as exciting as yesterday.

I am with you on this. I wanted more white ghosts - and according to the complaints on removing them early many others did as well, they delivered.

Black crates are nice building material, I have over 50 going in and I was going to buy another 50 so this saves me over 10K. As soon as I get out of work I will hit it, and since so many don't like the crates - traffic should be easier.

1 time use bat I can live without so I only went through a few times to familiarize myself with the best maze.

Can anyone say TRICK or Treat? I do agree that the ride a thon prizes were sadly lacking any wonderful surprise. This is the most anticipated month of the year and all they are giving out for Quests or the ride a thon are things we can buy ourselves. What's next? Christmas ride a thon with free NPC Yeti pins? Come on VMK we know you could have done much better than this

I agree too. Black crates are a little disappointing, but when I think about it they are a good (and free!) prize. I always find myself not wanting to put down thousands of credits for crates and such that are good for building. I like room building, but usually find myself doing other things instead and never get to it. Maybe with all these crates today, it will get me to actually do something. Woot!

And, for all the kids who do not have the credits to spend on lots of crates it is a great thing. Thanks VMK.

P.S. Putting different prizes for each of the different "color" rooms would not have been a bad idea either

Yes I good free prize for the beginning of the month not the end where most have bought them already. I will spend my time at ghosts earning orange crates to trade for black one at least I get credits this way.

Single use magic is useless both as a buyable item and a prize. I don't see the point at all. But, all that meant to me was I didn't have to wait in lines all day trying to win prizes!

I really had my hopes up that it would be the candy corn chairs. I just wasn't able to get very many because of all the other items out I wanted to buy and because fireworks crashed so much (and it my credit source), so I didn't have as many credits as I normally would. The black crates are disappointing especially because they aren't really a Halloween item. I mean they are black but that could be used for anything. I really wanted a cool Halloween item of some sort. Oh well I guess I won't have to sit all day going through the mazes. I'll get a few and then paint some pumpkins tonight with my daughter.

Still, I think that move was a great choice since so many apparently didn't buy many before they were pulled. Black crates are useful yes, but I guess I just don't see the point. It's the end of the month, most people have bought what they needed of them already. I just don't get it.

As far as spooky trees, candy cauldrons, and DLR pumpkins not being re-released, I think it goes hand in hand with the costumes and hats that have come out so far. Not one item has come out this month that is highly desired in trades and has been gone a long while (cowboy pants may be desired, but they were out last year). So in other words, the trade values for stuff like Minnie, Brown Cowboy, Green Explorer, the cauldron, etc. will keep getting higher. This month was the perfect time to rerelease at least one of those items, but looks like so much for that.

That occured once per week. So, even on the low side of 12 games a night, that's 12 cauldrons, and if it went on 4 events, that's 48 cauldrons entering the game. A lot different than just 8 or so.

even I have 3 of them, and I do not play host games. They are rare, but not that rare

they're not that bad... I havent been able to get on all weekend apart from today so i missed out on the white ghosts, im gutted, i wanted so many of them! the black crates arent that bad... if you dont like them collect them anyways and sell them, 30 credits each, at least its credits and an easy way of getting them!
Personally I'm going to collect them and use them in my rooms, you can never have enough crates!
