Maybe a silly question about bags, water, and electronics

Ok, I will be doing a solo trip August 7 -12. I like the idea of taking a ziplock bag of ice and a wash cloth. My question is this. How do you keep your camera, Pal Mickey etc from possibly getting wet. Do you use 2 separate bags?

For the wet washcloth, I could be wrong but I don't think people usually put ice in with it because of the wetness it would cause on the bag. Think most people just want the wet cloth to wipe sweat off. You could always put your camera in a separate ziplock until ready to use it.

I wet a washcloth and froze it overnight. Then I put it in a ziplock. I'm sure you could double bag it.
