Maybe a big glitch?

Someone advise/help please

Last night our dining reservation window opened, well today.

Checking in April 1st and staying onsite so able to make 60+10, so all the way up until April 11th

It all went very smoothly, got everything we wanted even on Easter Sunday.
including breakfast on our last day, the 11th

Where we ran into a problem is on Monday April 10th, our 60+9
It’s a magic kingdom day and from minutes after dining dropped when we started tackling that day, there is NOTHING.
By nothing, I mean that there is not one single table service reservation available in all of MK that day. For any time slot. I checked Tony’s, Plaza, Be our guest, skippers canteen, Cinderellas royal table…all of them. Nothing.

The frustrating part is that I used the chat function in the app and then I called the cast member right when the reservation line opened and I talk to the cast member for 30 minutes, while she was very nice all she kept saying was that it appeared that everybody already booked everything and there wasn’t any availability. I kept explaining that every single restaurant, and every single time slot is full for that day, not available at all. There’s plenty availability for every single one of those restaurants leading up until that day. She had no answers.

Hoping someone here does. I’ve never seen anything like this. A whole day with no dining availability in the entire park. Anyone have any idea or guesses?

Anyone here able to book anything for Monday April 10th in MAGIC KINGDOM?
 
They could very well be booked, it is the day after Easter and one of the busiest weeks at the parks. People who could book before you may have taken up all available reservations. Try again later, if it was a glitch. Hope it works out for you!

even the least desirable ADRs at MK show no availability. I’m not convinced they’re all booked. It appears the dining reservations for that day were never released.
Wondering why.
The cast member had no idea.
I may switch parks for that day

Try for 6. The system prefers even numbers.
It might be a glitch, I'd keep trying. Are you looking on the app as well as online?
Switching parks is another good option.

We made 13 other ADRs, all for 5 people


I wish I could search for 6 for this one but it’s Cinderellas Royal Table we are cater for the 10th and you have to do the exact party number because it’s a pre pay

But for what it’s worth when I enter 6 people and search for ANY table service restaurant at MK on Monday April 10th, there is nothing.

I’m actually on hold again with a cast member who is escalating the issue to see what’s going on because he sees this too.

If you do find one for 6 make the 6th person a child under 3 they don’t get charged
 
UPDATE. After an HOUR on trephine with a cast member they finally did confirm it is not that all ADR's for that day are taken, it is indeed that none have dropped for ANY restaurant yet.The cast member escalated it to IT and a ticket was out in for resolution of this problem. Fingers crossed when it is resolved I get an alert right away and can get CRT for that day.
