Two thumbs up, as usual. 
I called WDW DINE and booked this just over an hour of us arriving to dine.
MG was the busiest I have ever seen. Although there were some empty tables. By the time we were leaving it was thinning out.
2 adults, on the DDE.
We each just had unsweet ice teas to drink. (Which BTW are good. Fresh brewed taste, and not bitter.)
Fresh reads and dips are served, and they are VERY yummy. The dip is olive oil with LOTS of garlic and spices in it. Very good. The bread is excellent. One of the choices is like a flat tortilla sliced into large triangles. It is corn based. Imagine a really large and REALLY good home made Fritoes.
I ordered what I guess I call my usual.
The char-grilled chicken breast(s).
It come with choice of potatoes and grilled veggies.
Their chicken is just perfect. Plump, succulent, good tasting. Just perfect. Love the grilled/charred flavor. There is some sort of drizzling that comes on the chicken.
I ordered steak fries. And those were okay. Lots of seasoning, as in salt, and really too dry. But that was better than be greasy and soggy I guess.

DH had the special for the evening -- Trout topped with crab and something else (I forget what). It came on a bed of rice with garlic, and julienne type carrots on the side. He said the carrots were not hot, but the rest of his food was. But he said the carrots tasted good, and did all but lick his plate clean. He said it was exceptional -- even Chef Gordon Ramsay would have approved -- except for the carrots.
His special cost $27.95.
The portions are generous. We did have to wait a bit for our food, as they were busy. Not unreasonable. But it was a wait. I was getting pretty hungry by the time our food did arrive.
I did not finish my plate.
DH finished his and felt miserable afterwards. We spent the rest of the evening wandering the Studios.
We are use to the automatic gratuity due to the DDE. I told DH NOT to leave a tip since it would be added. Luckily he looked the bill over because the tip had not been automatically added. So check your receipts -- mistakes can be made by the server. Our service was very good. (Casey) I certainly would not have wanted to stiff him in a tip in anyway.
