We are new to the DVC world, just closed on our resale about last week. We bought at SSR, and we plan on going in May of next year with our 2.5 year old daughter. I am going to go ahead and book SSR at 11 months out since it is available, but I was curious how busy of a month May is for DVC resorts? I am wanting to stay at either BLT or VWL (studios) since they are both close to the Magic Kingdom, but I wasn't sure of my chances in getting either one. All responses are appreciated!!

Be aware that there are very few standard view studios at BLT.

Yeah I forgot to say I am not limited to standard view. Any view is an option.

You should be ok then. BLT is a pretty big resort and has lots of lake view rooms. Just make sure you book SSR at the 11 month window so you have a backup.

VWL would most likely be available too, if you call right at 7 months.
