May Weight Loss Challenge

I am up 1 pound to start this month off:guilty: So that's -1/5.

I lost 2 lbs this week. That puts me at 6/10.



Some of you losing 10 per month better SHARE your secrets. I have never lost that much in a month, EVER!

I think I'll make that goal this month, although last week was my first week and you always lose a little more in the first week, so I might not set my goal quite so high in the future! :goodvibes
 
I know it is pretty loss, but I really need motivation this month as I just had surgery so continuing to loose will be a challenge. I would like to loose 4 pounds the rest of the month, I weigh in on Mondays.

Had my weigh in this morning - down 1.8! This is just my 3rd week on WW - I know your weight loss levels off after the first couple weeks, but it is a little discouraging... my first week I lost 3.6, second week 2.6 and third week 1.8. So I have lost 8 pounds total!! Yay! Where should my weight loss level off? I really hope I can lose 2 lbs next week so I will hit the 10 lb mark! I know I need to exercise more - so I am off for an hour walk with my sweetie lab, Bailey. Bye for now! :wave:
 

I had my first WW weigh-in today. I lost 2.4 pounds. I was hoping for more but I have to remind myself thats one week. If I can do almost that for a month thats close to 10 pounds!
 
Hi all!
I lost three pounds this week - so I am now at 5 pounds of 8 for the month of May.
I am sticking with it this time around and it seems to be working! lol Amazing what happens when you eat better and exercise!
 
If this is not just for WW people I'd like to be put down for 5 for the rest of the month. If only for WW -ignore this!!! I like this challenge thing and am new to these particular boards. I am wanting to lose 15(20 would be exhilirating!) and keep it off!
I used to do WW and did well on it-but I am giving something else a try starting this week.

Hello again and TGIF everyone! I guess I didn't officially post my weight lost from last week (I weighed in on 5/2) and it was 2.6 lbs. (this week 5/9 my loss was 1.8, which I already posted) So my total May loss should be 4.4 I think.
I hope I can stay OP this weekend.....Bunco....Mother's Day.....help!!! Give me strength not to overeat!!!!:scared:

I weighed in last night. I lost another 1.2 pounds for a total of 3 pounds so far this month.....3/8 :)

At this time I am only down 1/7. It sure doesn't seem as easy to drop the pounds as it used to be. I think I really need to add more exercise to my program. I walked yesterday for 30 minutes. I use to walk every day for an hour but it seems harder to get to that these days. I'm painting a bedroom today, does that count for exercise? Hopefully I can get out and walk while the paint is drying. Hope everyone has a good week.

Weighed in yesterday - I lost 3 lbs! That brings me to 9/10 - now I'm back to the weight I was before I fractured my foot & was in a cast for 3 months! So I feel like I'm really just starting now, but I'm very excited and I'm feeling really motivated to do this.
