May vs June, HELP!!

Hello.
Long time WDW traveler trying to plan our first trip to DL next year.
Just wondering, with the Magic cruising into LA on 5/25, when would it be better to visit DL & DCA, May 27-30 or June 3-6?
Is the effect of the people visiting after the cruise better crowdwise than waiting another week & having more people out of school?

What days of the week are you comparing? Also what day is Memorial Day?

We went June 4-6 (this year) & it DL was full but not crowded. It was great everyday until about 11am then picked up in crowds through the day.

Using EE, effective touring & FP gathering allowed us to avoid crowds though.

Also keep in mind the days that the Fireworks, Parades & the Aladdin show is playing. (because of this we started our 3 day vacation at 9am Sunday)

I agree that if the May dates fall on Memorial Day, then go in June for sure!! Most schools dont' get out till the end of that week so you should be good to go!

We would be arriving at the hotel on Memorial Day, 5/26, visiting the parks Tuesday thru Thrusday.
What do ya think!?

I think that would be alright!! Most people's last day will be Monday, maybe a little on Tuesday but by Wednesday and Thursday, it should be GREAT!!

Will they show the Fireworks on those days I wonder??????????? Anybody know???? They are not to be missed in my opinion!!!!!
