thanks for the info! but i'm a bit leary to try them so close to our trip to dl.
i was going to were my worn in track sneakers but the mickey crocs sound so cute!

I'm another parent keeping it all under wraps. We went 2 years ago (almost the exact same week) and the kids made me crazy asking how long until we leave, etc. so dh and I decided not to tell them.

They know we are going to DL but they don't know when. They think we are going this summer.

We made a countdown calendar for my son (4) because he kept asking when we were going. He gets excited about crossing off the days and seeing how many days we have left. It's worked really well for us.

We'll be there May 6th-10th. My family has been tons of times, but we're extra excited this trip because we're bringing my mother who has never been. My kids cannot wait to drag Memaw around the parks.

Looks like we could potentially see a bunch of you there. If you see a woman with 4 small children who looks really worn out and frazzled, it's probably me. I'm going to try and stop by HoDe and get the paint chips. Seems like they are always out of them here in Tucson. Anyway, if you spot us feel free to stop by and say hi.

We'll be there the 25-26. College graduation celebration for my daughter and son-in-law! Staying at GC. My DH and I were last at DLR 22 years ago. Our kids have never been, but have been many times to WDW.

Amber that is a great idea! We are only at the park when it will be dark out one night though Darn it! I can't remember if the dollar store here had lime green ones only yellowish color I should open one tonight and see what color they really are

We will be there (minus the baby, and NOT pregant this time - yay!) the 10th and 11th. Short trip, but there's the whole "minus the baby" thing. It's going to be hard enough to leave him for 4 days... (My mom left my brother and went to Disneyland when he was -5- months old, so I guess I can handle it.... mine will be almost 8 months).

I got the glow necklaces and sticks in the party favors section of Wal-mart. I haven't tried to see if it's actually "green" yet. But the picture of it looks more green than yellow.

They are pretty cheap. I think the neclaces and sticks were $1.44 a piece and the bracelets were $0.94. Target also carries them, but I think they are in packs of 2 or more. I have never seen glow stuff at our dollar store here.

We will be at DL May 19 - 22!!! We are staying at GCH. This is our first time staying there and we are excited. We are celebrating my sister's 40th birthday. It will be me, DH, DSIS, and DN12, and DN7. We won't be going into a park on the 19th - just hanging out at DTD and the pool!

I will try to get a LGMH to hang on our backpack!

Okay - I finally broke down and am making my 1st post. We'll be there from 5/13-5/19. We are also visiting the San Diego Zoo & Seaworld. I'll try to find the LGMH but you probably won't need it to spot us, I'm sure that we are really going to stand out.

For this trip we'll have Me, DH, DS - 5, DD - 3, DD - 1, DS - 1, Grandpa, Grandma, & our favorite Auntie.

Before we had kids we went a couple of times a year, but we haven't been since 10/01. Looking forward to all the new stuff.

Dollar Tree has glow sticks. I stock up before I go too.

We'll be at the park on May 14 and 15 - it's DS (4)'s first trip and I'm so excited!! We'll be the family with newborn twins and a super-cute little boy in a wheelchair - look for us! I think I'll pick up a LGMH for DS's wheelchair .
