We're flying. Just a short 2 hr. flight from Portland. We will have LGMH hanging from all of our little backpacks! DH is tall, DD is also tall (only 12 and taller than me). I am about a foot shorter than DH. DS is only 9, so he has a couple of years before he catches up with me...hopefully!!

Can't believe that the month is going so fast! We only have a few days until we fly out of Australia. We're off to Honolulu first - and leave here on Saturday. I'm not sure if we're all excited yet - it's been busy around here. Tomorrow night is parent/teacher interviews for one of the kids. It's been busy at work.

AND, the cat has gone downhill, healthwise, over the past week and the prognosis is not good. We will be making a final trip to the vet on Thursday morning

Believe me - by the time we get to Disneyland we'll be needing some magic...

we just returned last night from 4 days in DL. WOW was it hot! Anyone else think it was more crowded than you expected. ( Don't worry, it was not crazy crowds, but still more than we thought.)

the height restrictions lines were shorter than ususal, but fantasyland was still like a Sunday.

Had a great time though. Went through a lot of water!

We will be there May 25th, and then back again May 31st and June 1st. I am so excited.

DD3 won't know what hit her. We've been using this trip as a bribe for her with potty training, and I think two more weeks will be just enough time!

This is the first time I've heard of LGMHs, but I will be sure to grab some. Not sure if I'm going to tell DH though...he already thinks I'm a little obsessed with Disneyland!

I can't wait (I know I've already said that), last time I went to DLR was March of '06 when my purse got stolen in the women's bathroom. I was without DH and he had to FedEx our car key, and some bank cards so that I could get back home. Luckily I was with my sister or we would have had no money for food or to check into our hotel that night. It was VERY traumatic and even though it wasn't Disney's fault I left with a bad taste in my mouth and even avoided the DIS as well. I will spare you the gory details! I am over it, finally and know this trip will replace anything negative.

We were there the same days and it was hotter than hades! Even hotter than Tucson was. And I was hoping for mid 70's. Oh well. DLR definitely made a lot of money off of us for drinks. We always brought in at least one bottle each into the parks before we entered and still ended up buying at least 1-2 more.

And yes, way more crowded than what I expected. We were there the same week last year and it wasn't nearly as crowded. Definitely still doable, but more than what I hoped/thought there would be.
