Hopefully everyone will post on the same thread - will make it easier for those of us living vicariously through the boards to keep up on whats happening.

Things that I think most of us are interested in are:
Lunch themes
Dinner themes / special menus
additional entertainment in the Walt Disney Theater
additional activities onboard (any new shows like MickeyMania and Walk the Plank or will they repeat them over the course of the cruise)
Rockin Bar D theme nights (with 14 nights they could start in the 1880's and do each decade up to the present )
Any additional deck parties

Not only will we be getting "Live Reports" but also some "Live Photos." Peter and Jennifer (Hygiene99) have already been sending winotracy and myself some photos today from WDW on their camera phone. Not sure how long Hygiene99 will be able to send photos via e-mail, but it should be interesting to see what they are able to send!!!

Winotracy will most likely be posting some pics tomorrow, so keep an eye out for them.

I hope you all have a fantastic trip -- I will be waiting near my computer to hear every detail so please keep us informed. Also, please let me know what day/time you will be entering the PC so we capture some pics of the magic on the PC webcams! We'll be looking at you tomorrow on the webams in Port Canaveral... OK, for all of you wanting pictures, I can tell you that you probably won't be getting many during the cruise, unless DCL decides to surprise us with in-room or wireless access, since there isn't really any good way to upload photos from the internet cafe. However, check back on May 28, and I promise to have a set available.

Anyway, I am now at the La Quinta in Cocoa Beach, just winding down and getting ready to head for the port tomorrow... Hmm, I just looked at the local time and I guess it is now TODAY!

We had one minor freak-out this evening. We have our passports in an organizer and it was out on the table at OKW where we stayed the last couple nights. We also had our La Quinta hotel confirmation in it. When we got here to Cocoa Beach, I went to grab the organizer, and it wasn't where we expected it to be. Neither of us could remember packing it. But, after a frantic couple of minutes, we found that we did actually pack it in a different bag. I had visions of having to drive back to Orlando tonight and hoping that it was still around somewhere.

Moral of the story: If you are going to temporarily misplace something, make sure it is not the single most important thing you have with you.

P.S. The new Lights! Motors! Action! stunt show at MGM is incredible, I would highly recommend it.

I would like to see the daily papers so I know what to expect starting with the second week. I am excited for you all that the ship is leaving port tomorrow. I will be looking at the computer to see her leave on her way at last. I am glad that it is not our week I am not ready yet.

Was at ScottH's wine and cheese meet last night and I'm sure that someone said that there were plans for postings from the ship. Heard rumors of a special departue plans too. Can't tell you becasue then Kay would have to kill me.

How AWESOME is this!!! It really is historical for DCL and DISNEY!!!!!

I wish there was a way to have the calls of excitment coming in to
be posted on the boards!!!!!!!!!

So far, check in has been quite easy and now they were going up
to have lunch and get ready to position themselves for the going away
celebration to start the trip!!!!!!!!!!!

The Palo's line was a bit long but there were a few gliches but nothing
terrible, so far so good
