Hi all!
We're heading to WDW in May to "finish" our Irma trip that was cut short.
Tentative schedule below.
Saturday, 5/26: Arrive - pool or Disney Springs depending on weather/how we feel.
Sunday, 5/27: MK
Monday, 5/28: DAK
Tuesday, 5/29: MK
Wednesday, 5/30: Epcot
Thursday, 5/31 (departure day - evening flight): MK
A couple questions.
1. I know MK will be jammed on Sunday since it is the day before Memorial Day. We usually start our trips at MK. If we don't go Sunday, we'd definitely want to go Monday which will also be crowded. Do you think there is any measurable difference between the Sunday or Monday crowds?
2. This trip is one park day shorter than normal for us and we usually hop, but not this time. We definitely want 2-3 MK days, 1 Epcot day, 1 DAK. We are planning on skipping DHS even if Toy Story Land opens and catching it on our next trip. IF Toy Story Land opens that weekend, do you think the impact of a huge influx of people will be felt across all the parks or just DHS?
I know this is the busiest May week and we roll with it and deal well with crowds, just wondering if we should reverse our first two park days and get any insight as to how Toy Story Land's opening will affect the other 3 parks.
TIA!
