May Photopass Share

I have been trying to get more info on preordering the photo cd, but apperantly it was a special one time offer for select resort guests along with the $100 per cd fee. The actual fee is $129.95 and about $3 per person for the cd I will burn for you, case, and shipping. Which would be $19.24 per person with eight people. Everyone ok with this?

VERY IMPORTANT: I will assign "load days" for each group member, to avoid confusion, and to have all of a particular family's pictures grouped together. So please only load your photos on the date you are given.

Just wanted to let you know this doesn't work anymore. There was a time when you pictures were grouped by the cards in the order you loaded them, now they are by the dates. So if your trips overlap your pictures will be mixed no matter what order you load them in.

That means either extra work for the leader to separate the pics or everyone gets all the pics.

I have no problem in others seeing my pictures. I would think it would be easier for everyone to receive the pictures and then pick out their own. Too much work for OP. Just my two cents. I am game for however you want to do it.

I'm OK with group size and OK with all the pictures mixed together - this really looks like a great deal. Thanks for organizing - let us know where to send the cash or if you use Paypal, we could do that (I'll add the transaction cost to the total so you won't have to absorb that.)

I am getting the cd's and cases tonight and will let everyone know tomorrow how much the total with shipping will be. As far as how the pics are grouped, I will play it by ear as we load them. If they are somewhat grouped then I will split them, but if not, I will just leave them all together so that nobody losses a pic.

I am fine with all pictures being on the CD. Whatever makes it easiest for you. I also read somewhere on here about ordering the discounted CD too early as you only have 60 days to use the code they give before it expires. Not sure if you had heard/read the same thing. Just thought I would let you know.

I am just going to say $4 per person for cd's, cases and shipping. With 9 of us, that is $36, plus the $100 for the photo cd = $136. I went with $4 not $3b/c I think that there might be more than one cd since there is niine of us. So, !36/9 is $15.11 each. Is everyone ok with this amount?
