May / June VB Availability

Being told by our broker that we should know within the next 6 weeks or so, where we stand , our offers accepted, not yet through rofr. When we get our information into the computers, and I call for a late may early june vacation, what will availability be like of a OVInn room, for say a sat through a wed?

So stated more clearly, if making a reservation in late feb, early march, will there be availability at VB for May or June.

I can't answer definately, but I just booked an OVIR for 3 nights starting on June 3rd. I booked on December 23 or 24, not sure. There was no OVR available for Memorial Day weekend, they had GVIR and 1 bedrooms for that weekend though. I'd say it will get harder the longer the wait though. Good luck!
