Our week off is the week leading up to Easter Sunday with the next Monday going back. So you guys won't have to worry about an influx of Levittownies clogging up the parks in April! LOL

I sure hope that means they're in there or something![]()

I thought most of the schools on LI are off that week. (except for the Catholic schools, of course) Bayport-BluePoint has the opposite....1 day off for Easter and a week for Passover. I think all the surrounding schools are doing the same. BTW, most of the people on the cruise meet post for that week are also from LI and NJ. Should be interesting
Enjoy your Spring Break...whenever it may be![]()

" The Disney Reservations Center has had eight straight weeks of record high room bookings. Looks like the parks will be crowded this summer."
Now, while I'm happy that Disney World is doing well, that's not what I want to hear!I want to hear that reservations are down and AP rates will be $25 per night at AKL!!!

What is the big deal about our, at best, 5% of the total Disney booking population.

I agree. I think those who think that Disney is smart in a business sense for not giving out discounts if they "don't have to" aren't correct.
To me, it's just more of the same old Eisner "I want more money" motto.
BuckNaked said:I agree that it's important to make the customer happy, but at the same time, there are plenty of very happy Disney customers booking rooms at rack rate this very second, so I don't see where Disney is wrong to hold back on the discounts.
