It really irritates me that in the sale section on disneystore.com they don't just take an item off when it's out of stock. I go through the extensive list, click on the item, choose the size, add it to my cart and get "The product you have selected cannot be purchased at this time". Alrighty then ...can ya just take it OFF the stupid list and not tease me? I REALLY wanted that Minnie Mouse umbrella for our umbrella obsessed soon to be 5 year old for her BD. Stink!

I agree with you. This has happened to me several times. They keep showing Tangled Christmas ornaments, and they were out of stock before Christmas!

I so understand how you feel. I hate going on the Disneystore.com to look at sale items and keep coming up with the "Sold Out" yet the item is still there. I understand they can't always immediately remove it but c'mon it should not still be on there days later.

I just filled out one of their surveys last week, and when it asked how they could improve the site, that is what I wrote.

It is really annoying. You would think they could keep up on that.

I totally agree. There have been many times I've seen a cute home dec item for a really inexpensive price and when I click on it, it is sold out!!!

Agree they had the light up micky head things and it was super cheap and went to put it in my cart...no go sold out...so I hear you.

I so agree it is frustrating! Just now I tried to purchase a Harvey's Disney satchel which was on sale and when I clicked on 'add to cart,' I got "The product you have selected cannot be purchased at this time."

Um, why not? Either you have it or you don't! UGH!
