May have to sell small DVC contract. How soon for payment?

We may have to sell a small DVC contract (through The Timeshare Store.) Can anyone tell me when I can expect payment once it sells? TIA

Ours took 8 weeks with no problems from the time we signed the contract to the time we got the money...

I was thinking of selling of two small contracts - very small - is it worth using a broker ie: TTS, or doing it on your own? I'm thinking of selling and buying either AKL or the Contemporary if it happens, equal amount of my remaining contract, that way the kids arn't fighting when were gone!!!!

For those interested, I spoke with TTS and they receive a commission of 10%, not a flat fee. And the seller also pays $20.00 for the ROFR form.

If Disney ends up using ROFR on your contract, you'll receive your money even faster, generally within a couple of weeks. They turn them around really quickly.
