Adding 150 minutes - 60 minutes P90X, 90 minutes running. Heading to Florida tomorrow for the week, and will be in Chicago the following week. Business travel is about to put a damper on my progress. :(

Not doing so hot this month! :headache: Missed 2 days of workouts because the car DS drives was in the shop then missed 3 days because of driving DH to the airport and I was sick :sick: grrr Should be back on track tomorrow!

Hope everybody had a good Mother's Day. DS#2 gave me a pin that says "mom's mood pin." It has a revolving happy/sad smiley on it. I'm thinking about wearing it to work tomorrow and when those kinders act up making it frown! :laughing:

Adding 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes gym last week, and again on Saturday. 120 total more.

I just ran a 5k on the trail at our local library. I averaged just over 11 minute miles. Not great for a real runner, but it made me feel FIERCE! (side note: running in this bit of humidity has illustrated for me that I need to get my long defunct inhaler prescription filled...)
