May Exercise Challenge-We're in Full Bloom!

Two hours of ice hockey tonight (clinic + pickup), so 120/1200.

My total for the year is 4885. Not sure what my yearly goal is... at least 12,000 (avg 1000/month)?
 
I push mowed our yard yesterday so I'm adding another 90 minutes to my total.... 160/1000
 
30 min Watp tape today and a 45 min bike ride yesterday for 75/1100......3015/10000.

Well last month didn't go to well cause I had to have knee surgery. So lets hope I can do better this month. I will try 930 mins on the the treadmill. I hope I can do it. SO far I'm 60/930.

I'm back with a vengence. I'm extremely motivated....guess it has something to do with our DCL cruise next month :) I haven't met goal in a while so this month I think is going to be MY month :banana:

Yesterday I managed the bike, weights, and a two mile walk. I won't have that much time today but I did the bike. So my total as of today is:

I sent in my registration for my next 5k on May31! I got my new heart rate monitor and am loving it! I did my hill route (3 miles) in 30:55, which is pretty good for me and my short legs! But I am trying to break 30 minutes. Hoping I can do it!
 
Went to the gym this morning and got in 55 minutes....210/1000
 
Another 336 for today... so that puts my total at 720/3000.

40 min on the arc trainer, Jillian Michael's 30-day shred level 1 (holy crap was that hard!), and some crunches on the ball and other weight training.

Congrats on the 5K. That sounds like a pretty fast rate to me, just a walker. Thanks for running this challenge. It really helps keep me motivated when real life gets crazy.

I'm off to a decent start this month, and did 60 min yest and today for 195/1100.........3135/10000.
