May Exercise Challenge - Summer's almost here!!

Back from FL & finding it hard to get back on track. Can't believe this is Memorial Day weekend already!

Keep moving & have a SAFE Holiday!
 
I got in a full 30 minutes this morning (Wii powerstep, Wii hula hoop). I'm trying to give my knees a break from squats and lunges on the videos I have. That will probably be it for the day unless I take a walk while my students are at art. I am at

1158/1400..................P

I did get in a 25 minute walk later, so that brought me to 1183/1400 for Friday..............P
 

I took a brisk 35 minute walk outside yesterday morning. I did some yard work later, but I am not going to count it for exercise. Not sure if I will attempt any "real" exercise today.

I am at 1218/1400.......P

I did lots of moving yesterday (yard work, gardening, weeding, mulching, vacumming, dusting, laundry, grocery shopping, plant shopping, etc), but no "real" exercise, so I am not counting any minutes for yesterday.

So far today I have done 40 minutes of the BL Cardiomax. That brings me to

1258/1400.........................P

I spent 6 hours in the car and 3 hours on yardwork yesterday, so I didn't fit in a workout.

Today I did 40 minutes of BL Cardiomax and 20 minutes on the TM. I am at

1318/1400

I only have to get in about 21 minutes per day, every day for the rest of the month to reach my goal. I can SO do this!..................P
 
I did 30 minutes of power-step this morning. I am going to try to get in at least another 30 minutes later today. I am at......

1348/1400..........P

I did get another 25 minute walk on the TM. I am at

1373/1400............P
 
Back from our trip, and after a few days of recovery, I'm finally back here!


I am now at 1170/1800 min for the month. Not where I'd like to be, but too many rest days before and after our trip really brought my exercise time total down for the month.
at least the time I have gotten in this month has been quality time. I even managed to lose a few pounds while on vacation! :yay:

Now that we are back home and settled in, I really have to get back into my routine.
