May Exercise Challenge - Summer's almost here!!

I'm up for the challenge, but I'll keep it small and attainable (for me) as I've been slacking big time the last 2 months. My goal is 600 minutes.

Also, I can already say that I've done 150/1440 with my 2.5 hour trek yesterday! Today... not so much... just sitting working on brain not weight.

I did some "cardio" raking yesterday afternoon for 30 minutes. This morning I did 20 min with Jillian Michaels and 50 minutes on the treadmill. Then I did another 30 minutes of "cardio" raking. I am at............

150/1400...........P

I managed to squeeze in another 30 minutes of Wii Fit (step and boxing). I am up to......

180/1400.........P
 
I didn't get my final post in for April but did 1095/1000. So I met my goal. :cool1: I had 12 days last month with 0 minutes of exercise. :eek: NOT SO GOOD. I am going to set my goal at 1200 this month to try to push me for no "0" days. :yay: (This is me doing jumping jacks.)
 
Now that I set my goal, I can tell you that May hasn't started out so great. Saturday I sat in a lecture hall with my son for 9 hours. I guess I exercised my butt muscles, and today we sat for another 4 hours. I think I will do some Dance Dance Revolution with my son tonight.

For those of you who have never done Dance Dance Revolution, it is an awesome workout.

I did 45 minutes of DDR, it told me I burned 200 calories. Sure felt like more, I was sweating and my shins and calves were burning.
