Now that I set my goal, I can tell you that May hasn't started out so great. Saturday I sat in a lecture hall with my son for 9 hours. I guess I exercised my butt muscles, and today we sat for another 4 hours. I think I will do some Dance Dance Revolution with my son tonight.
For those of you who have never done Dance Dance Revolution, it is an awesome workout.
I did 45 minutes of DDR, it told me I burned 200 calories. Sure felt like more, I was sweating and my shins and calves were burning.
