My scoring project ended late last night, so now it's time for me to catch up & get moving. sitting at my computer for 12 hrs/day for the last 13 days has been a killer....but worth it.

Daughters graduation kept me from working out more. Hopefully this week I'll make up some time
 
May 25 - 95 minutes

I just kept going on the exercise bike and covered 13.5 miles in 60 minutes...just a tad more than a half marathon! :woohoo: That was after 30 minutes/3 miles on the Nordic Track, plus warm-up and cool-down.
