Hmmm... I had to take another day off the 30 Day Shred. I had every intention of doing it today but my wrists are still killing me! I tried to take a small pot off the stove and I dropped it because my wrists gave out. Yikes. Back at it tomorrow no matter what, I have to build these babies up!
Today I did...
45 minutes recumbent bike
50 minutes yoga (hoping that some of the wrist involving but still gentle yoga moves like downward dog etc. will help my wrists!)

I know I said I don't weigh myself, but I was feeling really fat and decided to see where I stood. This is why I don't weigh very often because it makes me so frustrated to be going backward.
But this time I'm NOT going to let it get me down. I'm doing the work, I'm watching what I eat for the most part and it is what it is. I won't stop working hard or give up. Not this time! I've got you guys to help get me through it, so I'm good to go!
I have to convince myslef not to attach any significance to it. I am glad you aren't giving up. We are all in this together.
