May Calendar?

When do you all think the DLR May Calendar will be posted? We are thinking about a family trip in mid May and have never been that time of year before. Our last few trips have been during very busy times (spring break, Thanksgiving break, New Years). We would like to go when the crowds are lower - easier on our little guys.
So - when should I expect the May calendar and how would you all say the crowds would be? Thanks!

we've never been in may either, but we do have a trip planned for the 1st week of may. crowds on the weekends of course will be larger, but i think mid-may would be okay (as opposed to going during or after memorial day weekend).

the entertainment schedule for may will probably be up sometime next month in april.

The official calendar has been getting updated 6 weeks in advance, and only one day at a time.

If this continues, then the middle of May should start to get posted in early April.

Here are the hours (and entertainment schedule) from May of last year. I've always used the previous year's hours to plan our trip and they are usually pretty similar.

At the end of March you'll get the first 2 weeks or so, by mid April you'll have the whole month/

yep, we got the hours for our dates there:
monday 5/4 - thursday 5/7:
DL 10am - 8pm
DCA 10am - 6pm

friday 5/8:
DL 9am - 12am
DCA ??? i forgot what the CM told me...but i think it was 10am - 8pm????

Now does anyone know when it gets dark in Anaheim? Its barely dark here at 8pm, I have NEVER seen Fantasyland at night and really want to this trip! I'm pretty sure there will be no fireworks but I still want to see the teacups and the carousel lit up!

May is a great time to go. My DD9 is offtrack during May and we got alot during that time. Parks during the week open 9 or 10. Weekends earlier. Crowds shouldn't be too bad at all, especially earlier in the month. The closer you get to Memorial day, the more the crowds will pick up. But still, May is a great month to go.

Look for my DD and I there, like I said we'll be going alot (I've already organized a PP CD share group-actually 2 )

you're welcome! dh and i are originally from the north shore of oahu (waialua) and we've been here in seattle since 1989 (DH) and 1993 (me)...but we do manage to head home at least once a year!

We really want to go in May - somewhere between the 12th and the 20th. But our usual hotel (HOJO) is sold out any combo of days. I called them this morning and checked. The gal I talked to wasn't even sure WHY they were so booked! I know there are other hotels available but I hate to book a room at a place I am not familiar with. Any suggestions? Do the DLR hotels ever have good AP rates in May? We have AP's.

When I called Disney Dining for our reservations, they gave me these park hours for DL...

5/12-5/14: 10am-8pm
5/15: 9am-midnight
