great dresses! April they are both cute and why not dress up even alone; when I was smaller I loved to get dressed up, just makes you feel nice and special. Love the beautiful yellow daffodils nice way to brighten up office and remind you spirng should be coming your way soon!

Thanks!! Guess what?? We have one 80 degree day in the forecast!! It put me in such a good mood to see that. The daffodils are finally sprouting up everywhere here- I love it!

Remember to go into jury duty asking all sorts of questions and basically say "off with their head!" so you'll get dismissed.

I really like the two dresses you have ordered. I see no reason why you can't dress up even if you are alone.

Lisa- I swear everyone makes fun of me for being such a goody two shoes & a chicken...I literally can't lie. I don't know what it is, but if I even try, I'm sweating, my face turns all red, & my eyes are darting around. I am the WORST liar ever!! I ended up sitting around in a little room all day & no one was chosen.
I always say I really don't mind dininig alone- but it is a little weird. The good thing is that the servers pay more attention to me when I'm alone!

Yeah, for the fall trip! How exciting! No trips for me yet.

I keep forgetting to respond that I feel bad that John has to work so much, but I totally understand. When it's your business no one runs it like you do..hopefully, you can get him to take a vacation sometime soon.

Love your bulletin board. My cubbie is directly over the one place inthe entire ceiling that will spontaneously leak! go figure....I have to cover my pc and keyboard with a plastic bag every night... I do have some pics of my DH and I at Disney as well as a pic of my girlfriend and I the time we bumped into them on our trip...that's about it

I have gotten so used to doing things by myself over the years that I don't mind that John works so much. I totally understand that he has to do it, too. I feel so bad that he never gets time off, though, because he gets SO tired.

I am in SUCH a good mood! It has a little bit to do with THIS FORECAST and a little to do with the fact that I get to see Hayden tomorrow for his 3rd birthday!! I don't know how long you have been following my TRs, but Hayden is my cousin Tim's son. Tim passed away in August of last year at age 29. Hayden is the spitting image of his Dad. I can't tell you how much I love to see that kid! I bought him a TON of stuff for his birthday, too. He was adamant about "needing" a fire truck- but only if the hose worked. I found one on Amazon! I'm so happy. I can't wait to see him tomorrow. Plus I get to take photos with the new camera!
I'm also going to see when I can fit in some tours or a spa treatment after looking at my schedule this weekend. I'll post changes in the itinerary after I make them. Have a great weekend, everyone!

It was great, thanks! We didn't really have a theme, but I have to say- he Loooved the fire truck I got him. He had been asking for a fire truck with a hose that works, so I searched online & found one.
So far, we are up to 56 degrees here. I'm happy with that!
This girl that will be joining me in Disney is the best kind of person to travel with. She is really easygoing & I can behave like a 10 year old with her.

My friend that works for Comedy Central may be joining me on this trip starting that Thursday!!! That means I will have to change some dining plans. I'll update you when I know more!!

I am sure you'd gladly change some dining plans around if your friend can go along. The magazine arrived in Saturday's mail. I was so excited to see it. I didn't get a chance to actually read it yet because we had a wedding Saturday evening and it was out of town. Yesterday, we spent most of the afternoon outside and John helped his brother work on his niece's car that broke down on her way home. (She lives in Florida now and it broke down about 10 minutes from our house. Thank goodness, it didn't break down in the middle of nowhere.)

I didn't get a chance to actually read it yet because we had a wedding Saturday evening and it was out of town. Thanks! I was literally ready to lose my mind with the awful winter we had!!
I'm so happy she is coming along for the trip- I don't see her that often because she lives in NY city. Plus I can just be my normal goofy self around her, so it will make the trip fun.

Hayden looks SO much like his Dad. I get sad thinking his Dad won't be there to see him grow up, but I also know I will do everything in my power to make Hayden's life better. I love him like he is my own!
I want to see Rio, too! Too bad we didn't live closer to each other. I have given up on making John see animated movies after he slept through "Up". Another option- if you haven't seen "Cedar Rapids" yet- it was FUNNY. Well, if you are not offended easily it is funny!

Ok-Here's the revised plan...

Tuesday, May 17: Wake up at 2:30am to leave for the airport by 3am. My flight leaves at 6am. I'm planning to buy a book to put on my ipod to listen to on this trip. I haven't decided on what to get, though. So I will most likely listen to a book & sleep on the way to Orlando. After landing, I'm going to go straight to DME to catch my bus to the Poly.

I should get to the Poly around 10am if I'm lucky.

I hope my room will be ready- but you never know. Either way, I'm going to take photos at the Poly, then take a bus to DtD for shopping & photos. I have a late lunch at Portobello, then I will go back to the room, relax, and then either set up my camera on the balcony to photograph MK OR go to Epcot for Illuminations. I will probably stay in the room because I know I will be exhausted.

Wednesday, May 18: I want to get up EARLY to get to AK for opening. I want to take a zillion photos & go through the park slowly.

After that, I have a free afternoon until a later dinner at Artist Point. I was thinking I might get a facial or something, but I might try horseback riding at FW instead. All of the parks close by 9pm, so it will be an early night for me.

Thursday, May 19: Today I am going to breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. Let me just say- I HOPE they still have the cheese blintzes!!! I have only had them once in 2000 & I have thought about them since! Then, I plan to spend the day at DHS.

My friend arrives in the area around 6pm & I made a later reservation at Jiko. That should be fun!

Friday, May 20: Well, my friend has told me that she wants to go to IOA, so this day will be for IOA.

Later on, Epcot is going to have EMH, so I plan to do that.

Saturday, May 21: I planned a late breakfast at Boma. I'm not sure yet what I will do after that, but I have a late dinner planned at California Grill.

Sunday, May22: I have a lunch scheduled at Les Chefs de France. There are no other REAL solid plans that day except for EMH at MK that night.

Monday, May 23: No time for fun on departure day. We just have to check out & fly home.

So we'll see if anything changes between now & then. You know me- I'm sure it will!!

I hope you all have a great weekend! It's a long weekend for me- Patriots' Day is Monday! (Commemorating the anniversary of the battles of Lexington & Concord)

John Reilly was the best thing in Cedar Rapids- he was SO hilarious!!! Talladega Nights was WICKED funny, too! (I had to throw in a Massachusetts word.)

I'm liking the sound of your revised plans. It's good that you'll have some free time by yourself. That way you can wander around and take all of the pictures you want. Don't forget to take the hidden trails around the Tree of Life. Lots of picture taking opportunities there.
