It's the new year... and the countdown is on! Looking like it's going to be a cold few days here in New Jersey... and nothing would feel better than the warm, early spring sun!

Looking forward to the next few months flashing by and then being on the ship!

Hopefully we'll get to meet a few of you and we'll all come away form the cruise with a bunch of new friends.

I hope everyone had a great New Year! I am especially excited to say that our vacation starts in less than 4 months.

Is anyone spending time at WDW before / after the cruise?

We are driving from NJ on Sunday (4/29) and should arrive sometime Monday. We are spending Tues - Fri (Mon/Tues - off property, Wed-Fri AKV Jambo House Savannah view) and leave Sat morning for a hotel in Coca Beach (hopefully checking out the Kennedy Space Museum) and having dinner at FishLips to watch the cruises depart that evening....then we'll be cruising Sun-Thurs. Spending Thurs & Fri at BLT MK view and then we leave on Saturday afternoon to get home on Sunday (Mother's Day)...Back to work on Monday.

Sounds like an amazing trip Tinkerty. 1/2 of our group is flying in on Tues and will be at POR till Sunday am. The other 1/2 of our family is flying in on Friday and staying at a cocoa beach hotel till Sunday. We will all be flying home on Thursday after the cruise. So far we were able to book all of our flights to Orlando and 6 of us are booked on the flight home, but then the price jumped back up, so we are waiting a little while to see if we can catch another sale for the other 13 people! darn airline prices are high!!!

Thanks for the updated FE list! It's time to get my gifts started!

We're going to Animal Kingdom Kidani afterward until Monday. My mom made all the reservations, so I just know it's a 3 bedroom condo...

You'll love Animal Kingdom Kidani - that's where we usually stay but decided to stay at Jambo this time.

I want to go soooo bad too, especially since it's getting REALLY cold in NJ.

Hi, first Disney Cruise on the Dream May 6th. So far only my daughter and I. We are from Maryland. We will be celebrating her 8th birthday on the day we set sail.

We would like to join in on the FE fun. We don't have our room number yet. It will be one adult and one child (girl).

DD Mackensie (will turn 8) Likes Rapunzel and Tinker Bell. Enjoys crafts/drawing/coloring. Does gymnastics, plays soccer. Likes to read.

Hiii!!!! My DH (Pip) and I will be joining you on this cruise...YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going to celebrate our Anniversary Our Disneymoon was a cruise and a couple of days at WDW and we are super excited to cruise again.

My favorite characters are Mary Poppins, all the characters from Tangled, Belle, Mrs. Potts and Chip (Can't wait for all the Beauty and the Beast stuff to open at MK)

We are doing an All Star Music Family Suite before the cruise. It will be our first time at a Value, mainly because we are going to be doing 7 nights at the World

You could hand out goodies every day, but I can tell you it is quite the jaunt to go from room to room on a ship that size! Some people give out items more than once, and some only one time. Since the gift I gave last year was fairly large I just gave one set of gifts. After the time it took to travel around the ship and hand them out last time I will probably plan for just one trip around the ship this year also. There just wasn't enough time to do everything we wanted, so as much as I enjoy participating in the FE...just one trip going from room to room for me!

My daughter will be turning 8 on May 6th. How fun that our daughters have the same birthday.
